The standard terms governing use of Diviniel's website and products.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any website or product operated by Diviniel Technologies Private Limited (“Diviniel,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of services
Our products are provided for lawful use only. You agree not to use Diviniel's products to process, sign, or verify documents in furtherance of fraud, forgery, or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the security architecture of our products.
3. Document processing and your responsibility
Because document processing happens client-side, you retain full control of and responsibility for your document content at all times. Diviniel does not review, moderate, or have access to document content processed through its tools.
4. Accounts
Where an account is required, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@diviniel.com of any unauthorized use.
5. Intellectual property
All Diviniel branding, product design, and underlying software (excluding open-source components) are the property of Diviniel Technologies Private Limited.
6. Payments
Paid features are billed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay, subject to their terms. [Refund policy, billing cycle, and cancellation terms to be added once pricing is finalized.]
7. Disclaimers
Our products are provided “as is.” While our architecture is designed to eliminate specific categories of risk, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific regulatory requirement your organization may have.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Diviniel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. [Liability cap and carve-outs to be finalized with counsel.]
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our products for violation of these terms. You may stop using our products, and close any account, at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.

We'll update the “last updated” date whenever these terms change, and for material changes, we'll notify account holders directly.
